Always interested in healthcare, healing and working with people to achieve their potential, Austin complemented his pharmacy training with a Diploma in Psychotherapy in 1995 from the National Council of Psychotherapists in the UK. Austin applies an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches, principles and techniques to leading and mentoring his clients, maximizing their effectiveness and orientation towards success.

Austin earned his Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (with honors) in 1984 from the University of London, UK. In 1985, he became a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
